The conundrums presented in this case is there was no rattling hierarchy of power. Donna should realize more control of her employees alternatively of commission so much power to Bill and Evelyn. Donna did not love enough about the company to be put in that position. She should have been more knowledgeable about the company when she was inclined the position. A problem I noticed right outdoor(a) was Donna would not hear other employees problems when they complained about the company. When employees complained about Evelyn well-favoured the easy jobs to her favorites Donna should have confronted Evelyn about this problem and assessed exactly what the employees were move to say. Instead Donna would refer the employees back to Evelyn which is the person they had a problem in the first place. I think this would be a bad thing because Evelyn may not fate to be confronted with this by an employee under her. If it is true that she has favorites she is not going to want to give them the harder jobs if she is not told to by authority. When employees complained about Bill not training employees good enough Donna should have taken this takings much more seriously. If employees are not removeting train to well enough then that could be a large detriment to the companys productivity.
Donna should have confronted this with Bill and figured out a way to improve his training or put someone else in that position. I do not think Donna should have let the Evelyn be responsible for assigning work positions, I suppose she put to much on Evelyns plate and should of near had her focus on the day to day productivity instead of worrying about personnel issues.
