Introduction
Mans curiosity with the mind started with Socrates in Ancient Greece and his fascination has non waned since, there are many throughout the ages that get under ones skin do contributions in the philosophy of the mind, its location, its function, its composition and of course its internal workings. The subject spans many fields, psychiatry, physiology, psychology, psychotherapy, analysis, sociology, anthropology, neurology as well as philosophy and many other components of the humanities. The study of mind is wide-cut and deep, any attempt to explore it completely would require volumes.
This compose is a brief attempt to address but a tiny part of the field and will be a cursory glance at best into the numerous theories and constructions of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy and its applications as instructioning tools.
