It studies how people in groups interact and perform with each other, and is the understanding of how individuals and groups interact at bottom the organization. The goal of OB is to understand and improve the workplace for the wide group, and also to motivate them want to strive to reach high goals and achieve more satisfaction from their job. Organizational culture is the record of the organization. The culture is made up of the smells, values, and norms that influence the organization members and their behaviors (McNamara, 1999). It is what develops indoors the organization and guides the organizational members in their behavior and is sometimes referred to as corporate culture (Schermerhorn, Hunt & Osborn, 2005).
