Introduction

While striving for excellence can be seen as a large mission and under taking in life, I find it to be a goal that is attain sufficient plainly through constant self-evaluation and fine tuning of your emotional intelligence. The view and characteristics of ourselves that define who we are help guide our path to change state a great leader. I strive to better pass on excellence in self- leadership through the following steps: defining and truly revealing my current self, deciphering the best course of fill and leadership style, and determining how to achieve a greater self.

Revealing the most personal and sometimes lacking(p) parts of oneself can be trying. As a sure-footed and commanding person, I feel I am sometimes not always honest with myself. I do not like failure, and I do not like the slightest cerebration that I am lacking in a cross area. But in recent years through entire soul searching and brutal honesty, I have been able to reveal my current self.
