Development of Training and Mentoring Program
In Jim Collins’ book, Good to Great, he proposed that it is non enough to hire upright people but more than important to hire the rectify people. Building on that public opinion, the focussing team of the sales department of InterClean believes we have hired the right people to take this company from good to great.
We know that you are the best and the brightest when it comes to sales. But with the introduction of new products and services at InterClean, we want to direct our focus on the customer experience. It is our belief that our sales managers are the face and voice of InterClean that leave behind force new clients and retain existing clients. That is why we are so excited about the introduction of a new go development training computer program.
The career development training program is divided into a three part series that entrust focus on the customer experience. You will learn how to:

Upon the completion of each series, you will be acknowledge in a ceremonial event and presented with a security measures of completion.
