Abstract

There is a bit of awe matte up as I prep ared for this paper. In todays age of computers, Internet, and a plethora of online tools and words it would seem that the whole macrocosm is at the fingertips of researchers, educators, and our scholarly-practitioners. Even folks with an assortment of anxiety disorders are free to develop theories and studies from the safety of their home. It must be a significant contract as to those days of hardcopy research and sounding for facts. This paper will provide some idea of the bookmans comprehension of compiling an online research done the Cappella Library.

The initial exposure to the Capella Library and looking for articles and topics for review and simile was, to say the least, cumbersome and frustrating. The path utilized for the start of the article search began with plugging in a topic in bait a search engine utilized by Cappella. I found that the tool was not all that user sociable to drill down to a specific subject.



Or possibly the initial search criterion of Managerial Research was furthermost too broad.
Maneuvering through the search criterion and filterers narrowed the search a bit, but still did not provide a set of data that was central to the research desired. Nevertheless, I am sure that the greatest of researchers need to persist and prevail through the mazes of humanity to present the solutions to the worlds deepest secrets and tribulations.
As needed by the assignment two articles were selected for the hundreds that were listed under the umbrella of Management Research.
