1.0 Introduction
As an HR jitney in my chosen organisation, which is a local GP process based in Chelsea I give write a report on information and knowledge management in the organization so that this can inform the strategy readying so that competitive advantage should be gained.




I volition have to assess the following areas of management; the decision making process at differ levels, sources of internal and external information, the collection, storage and dissemination of information and knowledge and also I will have to design and make recommendations on systems for improving information knowledge management information and its accessibility in the organisation.

2.0 Findings
My chosen organisation is Redcliffe Surgery; the Practice was established in the previous(predicate) 1920s, with premises in Finborough Road and Redcliffe Gardens. Dr Suzanne Farrar joined the practice in 1992 and was shortly followed by Dr Fiona Butler in 1995 and Dr Tim Rees in 1997, which resettled with his patients from the nearby Worlds End Health Centre.
